🚚 Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Shipping timelines may vary depending on product availability and delivery location.

Courier Partner Cut-Off Timings

• Delhivery:
  Orders placed before 11:00 AM are eligible for same-day processing.
• Blue Dart:
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM → same-day processing
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM → next business day processing

📦 Pickup scheduling depends on courier partner availability; however, we aim to schedule pickup on the same day based on order time.

💰 Shipping Charges

• ✅ Free delivery on orders of ₹500 and above
• Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on location and order value.

🔁 7-Day Easy Exchange (DOA – Dead on Arrival)

• Exchanges are applicable only for defective or damaged products received at the time of delivery (DOA).
• Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• To request an exchange, please email support@nexbay.in with:
  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographs or videos of the defect/damage

Exchange Conditions

• Replacement will be shipped at no additional cost once the issue is verified.
• Products that are physically damaged, misused, or altered by the customer are not eligible for exchange.
• Opened products without a genuine defect may not qualify for exchange.
