1. Order Classification
Any order will be treated as a B2B (Business-to-Business) order if:
- Customer requests GST Input Credit (ITC)
- Customer provides GSTIN for billing purposes
- Customer requests bulk pricing / wholesale quantity
Such orders will automatically fall under B2B terms and conditions.
2. Pricing & Discounts
- Product prices displayed on the website are retail (B2C) prices.
- Bulk pricing / discounts may be offered for B2B orders based on quantity and availability.
- Final pricing will be confirmed before order processing.
3. Shipping Policy
- Free shipping is NOT applicable for B2B orders.
- Shipping charges are calculated as per actual courier rates (based on weight or volumetric weight).
- Final shipping cost will be shared before dispatch.
4. Payment Terms
- B2B orders must be paid via:
- Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS)
- UPI
- Payment gateway checkout is not available for B2B orders to avoid additional transaction charges.
- Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation.
5. GST & Invoicing
- A GST invoice is issued for all orders.
- GST Input Credit (ITC) is applicable only for orders classified as B2B.
- Customers requesting GST credit must:
- Share valid GSTIN at the time of order confirmation
- Entering GSTIN in the address field alone will not be considered valid for GST credit claims.
6. Order Process
Before placing a B2B order, customers must contact us via WhatsApp for confirmation of:
- Product availability
- Bulk pricing (if applicable)
- Shipping charges
- GST details
Orders placed without prior confirmation may be delayed or reclassified.
7. Important Note
NexBay Technologies reserves the right to:
- Classify any order as B2B based on order nature
- Revise shipping and pricing terms accordingly before processing
