❌ Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase or before shipment, whichever is earlier.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- To request a cancellation, please email orders@nexbay.in with your order number.
📦 Return & Exchange Policy
- Our return window is 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Requests beyond 7 days will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Return
- Product must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is mandatory.
- Products should not be sent directly to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
🔁 Exchanges
- Exchanges are applicable only for defective or damaged items (DOA – Dead on Arrival).
- For exchange requests, email support@nexbay.in with:
- Order details
- Clear photographs or videos showing the issue
💸 Refund Policy
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
Partial Refunds May Apply If:
- The item is returned in a used or damaged condition
- Parts or accessories are missing for reasons not due to our error

🎁 Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
- If the gift was purchased by someone else and later given to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
🚚 Return Shipping Policy
